Welcome to Showtime Tamarindo. By booking a service with us or using our website (showtimetamarindo.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Bookings & Payments
All reservations must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or directly with our team.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your spot, depending on the service.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Refunds
Tours & Activities: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Airport & Private Transfers: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup time.
Cancellations made after these deadlines may not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows are considered non-refundable.
Changes & Flexibility
We understand travel plans can shift. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes in pickup time, tour date, or number of passengers.
Showtime Tamarindo reserves the right to reschedule or adjust an activity due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or events beyond our control.
Responsibilities of Guests
Guests are expected to arrive on time at the agreed pickup or meeting point.
During tours, guests must follow the instructions of our guides for safety reasons.
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of each guest. Showtime Tamarindo is not liable for lost or damaged items.
Safety & Liability
Adventure tours may involve hiking, swimming, or outdoor activities. Participation is at your own risk.
We recommend that guests disclose any relevant medical conditions or mobility limitations when booking.
Showtime Tamarindo and its partners are not liable for accidents, delays, or incidents caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control.
Use of Website & Content
All text, images, and materials on showtimetamarindo.com are owned by Showtime Tamarindo and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
We take care to keep all information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all details (such as pricing or availability) will always be error-free.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Costa Rican legal procedures.
